Sage coffee machines include an inbuilt burr grinder, which has a dial for adjusting the amount of ground beans. The beans are then dispensed directly into the portafilter. They also have the ability to pre-infuse with low pressure and an extraction system with 9 bars that guarantees the best espresso flavour.

Tamp the ground coffee well with the tamper and put it into the group head prior to selecting the single or double shot. Steam the milk using the automatic steam wand and enjoy your cafe style coffee at your home.

Barista Express

The Barista Express is an espresso maker that is of top quality and brings the cafe experience to your home. It's packed with features that will allow people to improve their abilities. However, it also has options to help beginners achieve good shots quickly. It's slightly more expensive than other machines we've tested, however it offers a higher performance.

The machine is equipped with a thermocoil that heats quickly and allows for easy transitions between brewing and vaporizing. It is one of a handful of machines that can make the perfect layer of steamed milk for lattes. This can be a challenge without lots of practice. This feature was important to us as we needed a machine that could make the rich, creamy cafe style of coffee we love. The Barista Express did achieve this however it took longer than other models we looked at.

It comes with a huge water tank that holds up to 67 tons. It is easy-to-refill and has an integrated water filter that helps to remove impurities, keeping your coffee fresh. Another great feature is that the machine is easy to clean. Descale the machine at minimum every 3 months to avoid mineral buildup.

Similar to the other Breville machines we've tested, the Barista Express is designed for those who are looking to improve their skills. The machine does not have some of the advanced features present in other Breville machines, for instance, an automatic milk frother or an indicator that displays how much pressure or water is being utilized. However, this doesn't mean that the Barista Express won't be a great choice for coffee lovers looking to upgrade their espresso machine.

This model has four portafilter baskets that include pressurized as well as non-pressurized versions. The machine also comes with a top-quality, convenient tamper. The tamper is adjustable so you can achieve the appropriate amount of pressure when making a shot. It also comes with a low-pressure pre-infusion stage that helps make sure that the grind is level, and make for a consistent extraction at 9 bar pressure.

Dual Boiler

The machine was developed by Sage (or Breville worldwide) for those who want cafe quality espresso at home. It has a couple of characteristics that set it apart from other machines. It utilizes an in-built bottomless filter that gives the shot a nice look and lets you know how much pre-infusion has occurred. Furthermore, it comes with a manual button which keeps the machine in pre-infusion until you press the manual button once more. This is a great feature that mimics the way baristas at cafes work and makes it simple to pull amazing shots every time.

It also has an indicator for the pressure of steam, which is pretty cool, and the ability to adjust the pre-infusion power to suit different extraction time. This is a feature that isn't common on domestic machines, but can make a huge difference in the consistency of your shots. It also has a handy water level window to let you know when it's time to refill.

This model is different from other Sage models because it features a the double boiler system. This allows it to steam and brew simultaneously, which is very useful when making milk-based drinks. It also has a PID which allows you to control the brew temperatures that aren't available on other machines. The only downside is that this system costs more than a single boiler or commercial heat exchanger systems.

Apart from that aside from that, the EB590 comes with a number of other wonderful features. For instance, it could be programmed to turn on at a specific time so that it's ready when you need it. This is an interesting feature that is not found on many machines. It's great for people who depend on their coffee maker in the morning to get them up.

The standby mode as well as the auto shutoff are very beneficial for energy efficiency. The auto shutoff is particularly useful, as it will automatically switch off after an hour of inactivity. This will lower your electric bill and prolong the life of your machine.

Oracle

Sage coffee machines were designed with the user in mind, and this is evident in their selection of machines. They understand that not everyone is able to the challenge of barista-style espresso making which is why they have designed their machines to automate the process to the highest extent possible, while still permitting users to be involved with the extraction and the texture of milk for latte art or cappuccino. A lot of their models have a built-in burr grinder or are compatible with a stand-alone model for the full beans to cup experience.

The Oracle is a perfect example of this; it has the brilliant Sage Dual Boiler at its base. It uses it to make excellent quality espresso but then adds automatic dosing, tamping and milk texturing to negate the requirement for any level of barista skills. It also has other features such as the ability to program pouring settings and the triple heat system. It is also among the most expensive domestic coffee makers available.

The Duo Temp Pro is a excellent choice for those looking for an Sage machine that is more affordable. It doesn't have the app-based technology and pressure gauge like the Oracle, but it still is a great machine to use. It comes with a large water tank and can be used with filter coffee as well as ground coffee. It also has steam wands and an electronic guide display. The time to heat up of three seconds is impressive. Most commercial machines take much longer to reach the temperature required for extraction.

Sage Precision Brewer, the latest addition to the range of filter coffee pod machines makers from Sage is a machine that is not just expensive, but also has many distinctive and useful features. This makes it stand out amongst its competition. It has multiple fittings on the brew basket, so you can use different filters. The cone's inner is removable to allow you to reuse filters. It has a handy clock to set it the night before you make an instant jug in the morning. Its automatic milk texturing is an excellent feature too and can be set to your preferences to create the perfect smooth or frothy coffee.

Duo Temp Pro

Sage Duo Temp Pro makes a great machine for those who wish to make specialty coffees from the third wave at home. This espresso maker features a technicolor low-pressure pre-infusion system that guarantees even extraction and a balanced flavor. It comes with an tamper that makes it easier to apply the correct amount pressure when compacting the coffee grounds into the portafilter. It also comes with a handy maintenance indicator that will let you know when it is time to clean your machine.

The Duo Temp Pro is a great espresso machine with many features that set it apart from the other models. Its purge feature automatically ensures that the temperature of the water remains constant throughout the brewing process. It also comes with a stainless steel tank which is built to last. It comes with a heating system of 1600W with thermocoils that will let you enjoy the highest quality espresso every time.

This machine does not come with a built-in coffee machines with grinder maker. It is recommended that you use a Sage Barista Touch or an external grinder with a dose control setting to make the most of this machine. It is also not self-cleaning, so you'll need to do routine maintenance such as decalcifying and rinsing. These tasks can take around 30 minutes, but they're not difficult and are an essential component of keeping the machine in good condition.

The Duo Temp Pro is not intended for novices. It's not as easy to use as fully automatic machines but you can make a great cup of espresso by following the instructions. The brew-valve sprays a small amount of water at a lower pressure on the grinds, before increasing the pressure. This helps to fix any small mistakes made in tamping and grind size. This allows new users to have an equilibrating tasting cup.
